We only ship to the U.S., it's Territories and Canada at this time. 

GROUND SHIPPING:  Normal delivery time is 5-10 Business Days.  Continental U.S. (48 States) Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days. Shipping is Flat Rate.  

Some products may ship earlier and in separate boxes due to location of our fulfillment centers.  

CANADA: Residents do incur a 5% ground shipping tax.(GST) This partially covers the cost of shipping items to through customs to this location.

RETURNING OF MERCHANDISE INSTRUCTION 

We strive for customer satisfaction and we want to protect our customers and make them feel comfortable as well as ensure they get what they pay for; So we have established a fairly simple return policy requirements.

CONDITIONS

  • Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. 
  • Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. 
  • Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. 
  • Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged

Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. If an order is returned as "customer refused", return shipping fees will be charged against refund amount. *All shipping fees are considered a used service and are non-refundable.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES 

If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, DHL, FedEX and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. If replacement for a damaged item is not possible, a store credit will be applied to your store account. No cash refunds will be given for damaged, defective or missing items

Items may be returned for a store refund of like item of equal or lesser value.
